FULHAM ALFRESCO COOKING GARDEN

This tricky outdoor space, which includes existing lightwells and pre-installed paving, was transformed into a vibrant garden for clients who love color and cooking. Towards the back wall of the garden sits a large, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a Gozney oven, Big Green Egg, smoker, and gas BBQ. To allow for year-round use, a bespoke pergola with a roof was designed to cover the kitchen area. The seating area is situated within the middle part of the garden and benefits from varying sunlight throughout the day. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, with room for additional seating if needed. The planting is designed for seasonal impact with bold, colorful blooms, complemented by Taxus domes and evergreen espalier trees for structure and interest throughout the year. To add a refined touch, stunning Japanese maples in verdigris-finished pots bring elegance and texture to the space. By creating distinct areas within the garden, it encourages one to explore and offers opportunities for relaxation.
