Lilly pursued a degree in gardening in Germany, where she worked for 'Lorenz von Ehren,' recognized as one of Europe's top tree nurseries. Building on her education, she furthered her expertise by obtaining a degree in technical drawings, including mechanical, electrical, and architectural aspects. She then continued to study Garden design and horticulture at Middlesex University, serving her a full and comprehensive knowledge in this field.
In 2001, Lilly commenced her professional journey at RK Alliston, where she collaborated closely with their head designer for eight years. Her responsibilities involved design work, client and supplier coordination, collaboration with architects and interior designers, project estimation, and overseeing landscaping and maintenance teams. In 2009, she partnered with a friend and colleague, establishing Lilly & Day, where she dedicated her efforts until taking a break after the birth of her second child in 2013.
Since 2014, Lilly has been operating under her own name, driven by her passion for creating beautiful designs and gardens for her clients. She has a close relationship with 'The Garden Builders,' who predominantly handle the construction of her gardens.

Lilly is based in South West London but has been working on design projects throughout London and beyond including the rest of the Uk and overseas for over 20 years.
